The Commercial Projects division of the Al-Futtaim Group, the exclusive distributor of Chrysler, Dodge, Ram in the UAE, and Jeep in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has announced the relocation of its service center in Abu Dhabi and the opening of the new Mopar after-sales service center in the Musaffah area. This move aims to meet the growing demand from customers in the UAE capital, providing a convenient and comprehensive experience from vehicle delivery to collection.

The modern center introduces a new concept of interactive service, allowing customers to drive their vehicles into air-conditioned areas where service advisors greet them personally. The goal is to deliver an unparalleled experience. Center features include:

Location of the Center
The new Mopar after-sales service center is located in the Automotive Companies Complex in the Musaffah industrial area of Abu Dhabi. It is the sixth facility of its kind for the Commercial Projects division in the UAE, designed to accommodate up to 40 vehicles daily. It also features multi-story parking that can hold 90 vehicles at once.
Additional Advantages of the Center
The new facility is conveniently situated near the Mopar body repair facility, simplifying all maintenance and body repair operations in one location. Customers can take advantage of a complimentary taxi service to transport them to their desired destinations in Abu Dhabi after dropping off their vehicles.
Safety Procedures
To ensure visitor safety, the center and vehicles are thoroughly sanitized regularly, adhering to comprehensive sanitization protocols implemented across all Mopar centers. The procedures include:
- Enforcement of social distancing rules.
- Mandatory use of disposable masks by all employees.
- Wiping and sanitizing all contact points inside the vehicle before handing it over to customers.
Operating Hours
The new center welcomes customers from Saturday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM, on Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Fridays and public holidays.
