Get the tissue papers out, cause this post is bound to make you emotional. The time has come to wave goodbye to the first batch of cars discounted for 2025. 5 cars have stood out from the list and made us petrolheads very emotional…
Nissan GT-R

Oh the Nissan GT-R. The car proved that the Japanese carmakers also had the mettle to rival the Germans. To this date, the GT-R is the only car that made the 911 sweat. At its peak, the engineers at Nissan gave Porsche a true run for their money. However, the GT-R is now 15 years old and Nissan thinks the time is right to let the Godzilla go to sleep.
Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

Giulia Quadrifoglio is the car that announced to the world Alfa Romeo’s comeback. It was gorgeous to look at, packed a frugal V6 engine and instantly induced the M3 buyers. While the initial announcement from Alfa signaled the complete end of the Giulia, Alfa's Head of North American Operations Larry Dominique announced on LinkedIn that initially the Giulia QF will only be discontinued in the US and Canada. However, the QF version is nowhere to be found on Alfa UAE’s website as well…
Jaguar F-Type

Another one of the 911’s competitors will soon not be with us. The years around 2015-18 were when sports cars peaked - the F-Type gave the fun factor, GT-R was the track monster, 911 seemed the all-rounder. Youtube was flooded with comparo videos; soon two of the big 3 will be gone. Jaguar marked the F-Type’s end of production with a special model.
Chevrolet Camaro

An American icon will be bidding adieu. Next year, Chevrolet will kill the whole Camaro model range with the iconic nameplate resting in peace. Chevy released the final new generation of the Camaro, the sixth, with 650 horsepower and a manual gearbox. Maybe Chevrolet might revive the Camaro name but it will be for an all-electric car. Like the Alfa Giulia, you could be in luck with some Chevy dealers and still buy a brand new Camaro.
Ram 1500 TRX

The final car in this list is not technically a car, it's a pickup that can trouble even sportscars. The Ram 1500 TRX will not make it into 2025 with the 1500 RHO replacing it. However, the latter will have lower horsepower on offer and also be slightly cheaper. The 1500 TRX is still listed on Ram’s UAE website, so you still have a chance until stocks last.
