Aston Martin Valkyrie: The New Hypercar Merging Performance and Technology
Car History
Developed in partnership with Red Bull Advanced Technologies and initially named AM-RB 001, Aston Martin officially named it the Valkyrie. This name preserves the tradition of the letter "V" in Aston Martin’s lineup, which began with the Vantage model introduced in 1951. The Valkyrie is considered one of the few F1 cars designed to be road-legal.
Inspiration and Design
Following the lineage of the Virage, Vanquish, and Vulcan, the Valkyrie introduces a new chapter in Aston Martin’s distinguished “V” lineup after seven decades since the inception of the original "Vantage." This vehicle is set to elevate the legacy of these iconic cars to a completely new level.
Creative Director's Statement
Aston Martin's Creative Director, Marek Reichman, stated: "The Valkyrie embodies the drama of Aston Martin. The names of our models have always held significant meaning in terms of inspiration and excitement. It will enrich a story that has lasted for 104 years, and only a fortunate few will have the opportunity to experience this remarkable car."
