NISMO: Nissan's Official Performance Partner
At the start of this year, NISMO, the Japanese motorsport and tuning firm, was named the official performance partner of Nissan.
NISMO Vehicle Lineup
Since this partnership, several vehicles from the NISMO lineup have been introduced, including:
- JUKE NISMO
- March NISMO
- 370Z NISMO
According to Nissan, at least one new NISMO model will be released every year until the end of 2016.
Upcoming Model: 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO
The next model in line is the 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO, which is anticipated to be a remarkable performance car. The Williams F1 Team is involved in its development, which is reported to potentially set a new production car lap record at the Nürburgring.

"The Nissan GT-R NISMO is the GT-R with which we pursue pure performance," said NISMO product chief Hiroshi Tamura in a statement. “Its development is on schedule, and I can't wait to see the model introduced into the markets."
