The MG RX5 was unveiled at the Saudi International Motor Show, placing this vehicle in the highly popular compact SUV category in the Middle East. The MG RX5 will be available for sale starting January 2018 in two versions, equipped with different engine options, with prices beginning at approximately 53,000 Saudi Riyals.

Inside the MG RX5, you'll notice generous legroom and headroom, with impressive measurements of 982 mm and 987 mm for rear legroom and headroom, respectively, outperforming most competitors in its class.
Technological Specifications
In terms of technology, the company has developed a mobile application that allows drivers to control several car functions, including:

- Vehicle location tracking
- Scheduling maintenance appointments at service centers across the region
To keep up with current advancements, the cabin is equipped with an infotainment system featuring a 10.4-inch display with Apple CarPlay connectivity in the 2.0T version, and an 8-inch display with navigation in the 1.5T version.
Engines and Performance
The MG RX5 is available with two engine options:
- First Engine: A 1.5-liter turbocharged engine producing 169 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, with power routed through a 7-speed automatic transmission.
- Second Engine: A 2.0-liter engine generating 221 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.2 seconds.
