The electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has inaugurated its first showroom in the Levant and the Middle East, located in Amman, Jordan. The showroom, situated on Al-Amal Street in the Bayader Wadi Al-Seer area, features a new retail store and service center. It showcases all electric models, including the Model S and Model X, and includes an award-winning design studio.

Significance of the Showroom Opening

With Tesla announcing its entry into the UAE and Jordan earlier this year, statistics indicate that over 3 million people have visited Tesla showrooms worldwide to explore electric mobility in a stress-free educational environment. The first orders for Tesla vehicles are expected to arrive in the summer of this year.

Charging Electric Vehicles

In addition to providing convenient home charging solutions, Tesla has installed 8 charging stations at various locations across Jordan and opened four Supercharger stations, allowing drivers to charge their electric vehicles within minutes instead of hours.

The Tesla Model X can achieve a range of 565 kilometers on a single charge according to the NEDC. Designed to be the safest and fastest SUV on the road, the Model X accommodates seven passengers and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, starting at 61,900 Jordanian Dinars.
