The Buick Electra was manufactured between 1959 and 1990 and was named by Buick's president at the time, Harlow Curtis, after his sister, Electra Wagner Biggs. The Electra 225 was available in various body styles including sedan, coupe, convertible, and wagon. It was eventually replaced by the Buick Park Avenue in 1991.
