Specifications of the 2016 Honda Civic
The 2016 Honda Civic features a wider frame, reduced by 20mm compared to the previous generation. The inspiration behind this new model comes from compact luxury sedan cars in Europe.

Engine Performance
Honda has replaced the old 1.8L engine with two new options:
- 2.0L Inline-4 engine producing 158 horsepower and 187 Nm of torque.
- 1.5L Turbocharged engine delivering 180 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque.
Both engines come with a CVT transmission. The Civic is available in three trims: LXi, EXi, and RS. The RS trim will feature the 1.5L engine, while the LXi and EXi will have the 2.0L engines. The starting price for the new Civic is 73,000 AED, reaching up to 96,000 AED.
