After eleven years since the release of its first-generation model, the renowned Japanese automotive company Infiniti has unveiled its all-new QX50 in the Dubai Design District, UAE. The 2019 Infiniti QX50 boasts a range of unique features, showcasing the brand's signature style of strong elegance, along with the introduction of the world's first advanced, variable compression turbo engine.

Engine Performance

As previously mentioned, the Infiniti QX50 is equipped with a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with variable compression capability that optimizes performance and efficiency. This Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo) engine is the most advanced internal combustion engine produced to date. The VC-Turbo engine seamlessly adjusts its compression ratio by raising and lowering the piston's capability through changes in the crankshaft height, thereby offering enhanced combustion power and improved fuel efficiency.

Availability and Pricing

The all-new Infiniti QX50 will be available at dealerships in the Middle East starting from September 2018, with prices ranging from AED 161,000 to AED 234,000 for the fully loaded model.
