New parking spots in Sharjah

Residents of Sharjah will be glad to know that there will be a lot of parking space around town!
The Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey (DTPS) said that there will be 40,000 new parking spots and that the plots have already been delivered to Sharjah’s Municipality for development.
There will be 43 plots of land in Sharjah that will have multi-storey parking bays in order to reduce the parking problem.
Plus, they have allocated 17 pedestrian crossings too.
Not to mention that more bus stations have been added, meaning that the total number of bus stops in Sharjah will be 768.
Al Muhairi head of the Sharjah DTPS mentioned that DH18 million have been designated to develop the internal roads inside the emirate. As reported by Emirates247.
