All-New Mitsubishi Montero Sport: Power and Performance Unleashed
Al Habtoor Motors, the official Mitsubishi dealer in the UAE, has unveiled the new Montero Sport to a specially invited audience at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. Attendees had the opportunity to test drive the Montero Sport on challenging terrain, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specifications and features of this new and groundbreaking sport utility vehicle.
Engine and Transmission
The Montero Sport boasts a powerful MIVEC V6 engine with a capacity of 3.0 liters, complemented by an eight-speed transmission that provides a smoother, more luxurious driving experience and improved fuel efficiency. Enhanced driving comfort is achieved through features such as cruise control and sport paddle shifters, allowing the driver to change gears without taking their hands off the wheel.
Safety Features
The Montero Sport is equipped with comprehensive active and passive safety specifications. Its RISE* safety body design, developed by Mitsubishi, along with seven SRS airbags, ensures enhanced safety for all passengers.

Vehicle Performance
The all-new Montero Sport utilizes an upgraded version of Mitsubishi's four-wheel drive system. This includes an off-road mode that provides optimal performance across various terrains and ensures vehicle stability according to road conditions.
Control Features
When the Hill Descent Control (HDC) mode is activated, the brakes are automatically engaged to maintain speed on descents ranging from 2 to 20 km/h, allowing you to focus on driving safely downhill.
Exterior Design
The exterior of the Montero Sport features advanced LED headlights and daytime running lights that give it an attractive and distinctive appearance. The dynamic rear lights boldly signal that this is not an ordinary SUV.
Pricing
The starting price for the all-new Montero Sport is AED 89,900 for the base model, reaching up to AED 107,000 for the fully equipped premium variant.
