Design and Development History

In 2019, Aston Martin, along with Adrian Newey and the Red Bull Advanced Technologies team, alongside engineering partner Multimatic, undertook extensive efforts to design the Aston Martin Valkyrie racing car, aimed at winning the new hypercar class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This highly advanced design served as the foundation for the all-new Valkyrie AMR Pro.

Engine Specifications

The Valkyrie AMR Pro is equipped with a modified version of the 6.5-liter Cosworth engine featuring 12 cylinders. This meticulously designed engine produces a maximum torque of 11,000 RPM, aiming to deliver an output of 1,000 horsepower.

Weight Reduction and Advanced Technology

Weight reduction will be achieved through:

• Removal of the hybrid battery system.
