The CT5 was officially handed over to Dubai Police by Al Ghandi Auto, the exclusive Cadillac dealer in the United Arab Emirates, at the Dubai Police General Headquarters. The ceremony was attended by Major General Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Razouqi, Mark Jenkins (CEO of Al Ghandi Auto Group), and Christian Aquilina (Managing Director, Cadillac International Operations and Cadillac Middle East).
