Exeed Officially Started the Production of its New Super Intelligent Factory

On December 27, 2022, the strategic model of EXEED was opened for global blind booking, which is also the first model to be put into production by the new Super Intelligent Factory. With the production of Super Intelligent Factory, a new chapter of EXEED Brand 2.0 is officially opened, marking the strategic goal of EXEED to accelerate digital transformation and promote the high-end and green licensing of the brand.

EXEED’s Super Intelligent Factory is a newly designed and built production base in accordance with the standards of international-level intelligent factory and pacesetting beacon factory, which fully reflects the advanced concepts of digital intelligence, green environmental protection, and high efficiency. The factory was the first in the automobile production field to apply the C2M-based OTD process that prioritizes customer experience, and established a new production model of mass and individual customization by introducing the industrial Internet platform of HiGOPlat, and adopted a production quality management system that is comparable to that of luxury brands, making it an Industry 4.0 model factory which rivals to any leading intelligent manufacturing level in the world.

EXEED’s Super Intelligent Factory covers four major processes of stamping, welding, painting, and general assembly, and facilities such as an R&D center, testing and inspection, and test ground, with a construction area of about 260,000 square meters, which will be used for the production and R&D of vehicles and components of series products of EXEED M3X platform and can realize the mixed production of a variety of conventional power and NEVs simultaneously, allowing a new vehicle to be rolled off the production line every 1.5 minutes on average.

The stamping workshop of EXEED’s Super Intelligent Factory enjoys the fastest deeply interactive customization in the world, and is equipped with a 6600T fully automatic high-speed synchronous production line and digital management platform with the automation rate of 100%; the welding workshop possesses the most powerful AI quality control system in the world, with 350 AI robots in the production line, which can achieve intelligent linkage and high-density flexible general assembly, and quickly switch to produce different models; the painting workshop features the world-leading "zero-carbon" intelligent manufacturing, the ultimate energy-saving and environmental protection technology, the fully automated operation on key processes, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly compact water-based paint process, which is expected to reduce the gas demand by 22% comprehensively; and the general assembly workshop boasts the globally leading intelligent high precision technology, with the advantages of short process, modularity, intelligence, etc., the accuracy of the online appearance gap and flush measurement robot is as high as 0.02mm.

In addition, EXEED’s Super Intelligent Factory is also a green factory that fully responds to the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy to minimize the "carbon footprint" of the whole life cycle. In particular, the adoption of reclaimed water reusing and rainwater reusing technology ensures the full recycling of water resources and can save 180,000 tons of water per year; the adoption of high-density photovoltaic panel on a large area in the mode of self use first and the rest of the generation to the grid, as well as the combination of energy storage to form a smart micro-grid, generates an average of 14,000,000 kWh of power per year and reduces carbon emissions by 110,000 tons; the adoption of the world's leading painting process and the full application of waste heat utilization and condensate recovery technology reduces gas of 852,000 cubic meters per year, which can meet the most stringent environmental standards, including those of Europe.
