Launch of the Lotus Evija

The all-new Lotus Evija supercar has officially launched in the Middle East, marked by a series of exclusive events held in the United Arab Emirates, attended by journalists and VIPs.

Unveiling the Car

The fully electric Evija was unveiled for the first time in the region during an exclusive event at the Lotus Dubai center, attended by official representatives from Lotus, including Phil Popham, the CEO, and Russell Carr, Head of Design. The launch event for the two-seater Lotus sports car also featured Karl Heimer, CEO of Adamas Motors, the official Lotus dealer in the UAE, along with senior management from both companies.

Details of the Lotus Evija

The Evija is a technical masterpiece, exemplifying the innovative engineering and unique craftsmanship that has long been part of the esteemed Lotus identity. With unparalleled performance and a staggering torque output of up to 2,000 horsepower, the Lotus Evija is the world’s most powerful road-legal production car.

Designed and engineered in the UK, production of this exclusive vehicle will begin next year in Hethel, UK, where the Lotus headquarters has been located since 1966. The production of this extremely limited car will be restricted to just 130 units.

The price of the car in the UAE is around 9.2 million AED before taxes.
