Lexus Expands into Luxury Spaces with Intersect By Lexus

Introduction

Lexus will not only be associated with cars anymore; it is planning to expand into what they call “Luxury spaces” to further enhance the image of the brand.

Introducing Intersect By Lexus

“Intersect By Lexus” will be the name of the string of luxury places where people can experience what Lexus is all about without having to drive a car. Their first luxury space will open in Tokyo’s Aoyama district this month, featuring a stylish building that includes:

• A cafe
• Shops
• An exhibition space

Features of the Tokyo Space

The space in Tokyo is designed with 2 levels:

1. First Floor: Includes a cafe and what Lexus calls “The Garage”, which serves as the exhibition space.
2. Second Floor: Features the Lexus shop, where visitors can find a collection of lifestyle items produced by the brand, along with a library lounge serving food.

Future Locations

After Tokyo, similar spaces will open in New York City and Dubai, where each will express the design, fashion, art, movies, culture, music, and technology of its local environment.
