Opening of the New Location
As part of its efforts to expand its network and commitment to providing the best services to its customers, the opening of this new location marks a significant architectural landmark.
Situated next to the Dubai Autodrome, the new facility covers over 300,000 square feet, making it the first car dealership in Dubai Motor City.

To ensure a hassle-free journey for customers when purchasing vehicles, the new location offers a virtual sales consultation platform, along with first and second delivery experience programs.
An interactive fourth-generation program allows customers to choose features for their dream cars. The team at the Arabian Gulf Mechanical Center will provide detailed descriptions for each vehicle.
Integrated Financial Services
The Arabian Gulf Mechanical Center offers in-house financial services in collaboration with BMW Al-Batha Financing.
Digital Services
The center provides a variety of digital services through the new service platform, including the fast service option known as "Pit Stop."
Customers will enjoy a fully digital and interactive service experience through smart applications and technical support platforms.
CitNOW Digital Platform
The CitNOW digital platform allows customers to share videos detailing the condition of their vehicles during inspections, enhancing transparency.
Service Area
The service area includes 34 workstations, 17 of which are designated for quick service, with the capacity to service up to 100 vehicles daily.
The dealership also offers complimentary valet service with personal parking options.
Community Activities
The center serves as a hub for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad clubs and enthusiasts, providing opportunities to enhance their driving skills.
Additionally, it hosts driving lessons for children and educational programs on basic traffic systems.

Customers can relax in various lounges or enjoy meals at Healthy Farm Eatery, which offers dishes crafted by expert chefs.
The showroom will also showcase the latest BMW Concept cars.

Customers can participate in test drives and driving events at the Dubai Autodrome.

Operating Hours
The sales department of the new Arabian Gulf Mechanical Center showroom is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, and from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Fridays.
The service center operates from Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
