Speaking about the new service center was Thierry Sabbagh, President of Nissan Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of Nissan Middle East. Service Center Features
When it comes to the recently-renovated Nissan service center, the place now offers customers a way to check-in using a tablet. The tablets will let customers know what’s next in the whole process, whilst also keeping them informed of the servicing required for their particular vehicle. The tablets also include a “car configurator” option built in for the various Nissan models that are available in the UAE. To further keep the guests entertained, the facility boasts:
- A well-stocked cafeteria
- A kid-friendly play area
- Integrated workstations for customers whose cars are being serviced
- A standing library
- Separate restrooms for men & women
The refurbished service center also features a different layout for the workshops, state-of-the-art equipment, and an observation area for customers to view technicians working on their cars.
Operational Details
Nissan’s new Deira facility is home to:
- 90 mechanical working bays
- 11 washing bays
- 298 parking bays
- Eight 60-minute express service bays
The service center will see 2,000 express services being undertaken each month, along with a total of 5,500 monthly repair orders. The center’s operational hours (from Monday to Thursday) are between 7 am and 8 pm, while on Friday, the service center will be open from 7 am to 5 pm.
