Introduction
Nissan took the wraps off its latest 2017 GT-R at the New York International Auto Show. The new orange sports car is deemed to be filled with changes that are as important as the day it was announced.
Exterior Changes
Coming to the changes, the GT-R features a new modified front end:
- The front grille has been widened for improved engine cooling.
- A new front spoiler lip enhances downforce.
- Side sills are more exposed, promoting better airflow.
- The rear end has also received a makeover for improved aerodynamics.

Interior Enhancements
The interior of the 2017 Nissan GT-R also received significant updates:
- The dashboard and instrument panels are redesigned.
- The number of buttons has been reduced from 27 to 11 due to an improved navigation and audio system.
- An 8” touchscreen has been integrated into the design.
Performance Upgrades
The engine of the GT-R has undergone modifications, now producing 565 BHP from the same 3.8-liter V6 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.

At the same time, more refinement has been added to take the entire driving experience to an entirely new level.
