Details of the Refund Process
The Nol cards are now available for drivers who have been overcharged for parking. Drivers can reclaim their balance directly from the parking meters after submitting a complaint.
Official Statements
Adele Shukri, the Director of Transport Systems, stated that all 3,400 meters in Dubai have been programmed to recognize the cards and refund the customers.
He added that the Roads and Transport Authority will do everything possible to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible.
How to Submit a Complaint
Customers should file their complaints by calling 800 9090 to report their issue. The complaint will be analyzed and verified, after which the card department will send the information to the meters to initiate the refund. Subsequently, drivers can visit any of the parking meters to reclaim their balance.

Previously, drivers had to visit a customer service center to submit their complaints.
