Unveiled by Abu Dhabi Motors at Yas Marina Circuit, the Rolls Royce Dawn Black Badge features more than an extravagant aesthetic upgrade. Claimed to be deepest and darkest black to ever grace a production car, the rich hue is accompanied by a boost of 30 horsepower and 20 Nm, taking total figures to 593 horsepower and a tire-shredding 840 Nm of torque.
Inside, the brand’s fastidious attention to detail is prevalent with threads of aluminum woven and bonded in carbon fiber for a technical fascia. The roof, which opens in a ‘Silent Ballet’, is also only available in black canvas, whilst the rear deck is finished in black leather. A nod to Sir Malcolm Campbell, the Infinity rating logo works as a reminder of a man who possessed the restless spirit that defines the Black Badge attitude.
