Al-Futtaim Lexus announced a collaboration with UAE drift star, Ahmad Daham, to create the most powerful and advanced Lexus drift car globally. This initiative aims to build upon the success of his previous RC F Drift project, showcasing the UAE’s premier performance craftsmanship to the international drift community.

The new FIA Drift-spec machine is a formidable 1,200hp RC F-based vehicle, weighing 1250kg and featuring a bespoke featherweight Carbon Kevlar body shell.

Weight Reduction and Performance Enhancements

The weight reduction compared to the standard RC F was achieved through:

Powertrain Features

The heart of the vehicle features a heavily tuned version of the tuner-favorite 2JZ straight-six single turbo motor, producing 1,200hp—four times the standard output. This engine is coupled with a four-speed Samsonas sequential gearbox and a twin-plate Competition Clutch, selected for its wide availability of tuning parts.
