2017 Bentley Mulsanne: A Luxurious Update Unveiled

Well, this took some time but it has finally happened. The long overdue update to the big brute from Bentley – the Mulsanne – is finally here. Bentley Motors has unveiled the 2017 Mulsanne to the internet community. Its official launch is at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.

Exterior Changes

Now let’s have a look at the changes under the microscope. From the first glance, the new Mulsanne looks different, unlike the Continental GT/GTC which closely resemble their predecessors. The new Mulsanne features:

• A new grille finished in stainless steel and chrome.
• Subtle changes at the rear end.

Interior and Technology

Coming to the interior, there are numerous features to please every buyer. Highlights include:

• Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for tech-savvy users.
• A 2200-watt audio system with 20 speakers for an immersive sound experience.
• Two 10.2-inch removable tablets with Android for entertainment and communication.

Performance Enhancements

Bentley hasn’t forgotten about the car's performance. The new Mulsanne Speed offers:

• Improved handling, comfort, and gear shifts for a thrilling driving experience.
• Increased rear passenger space by 250 millimeters for added comfort.

Engine Specifications

While many features have changed, the engine remains the same:

• 6.75-liter V8 engine producing 505 BHP and 1020 Nm of torque in the Mulsanne.
• 6.75-liter V8 engine producing 530 BHP and 1100 Nm of torque in the Speed.
