Chef Hayat Yilma: The Winner

After a tough competition and scrutiny by the panellists, Chef Hayat Yilma was declared the winner. Her signature three-course menu will be available at the DIFC restaurant for diners opting for the Business Lunch Menu.

Chef Hayat’s culinary skills and creativity on her menu shone through.
