With the introduction of roadside services such as flat tire changes and battery jump-starts, the launch of a fuel delivery service was a logical step to enhance the driving experience. The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has rolled out a service that caters to drivers in need of fuel, especially when they are close to running out or want to avoid long queues at gas stations during weekends.
"Call to Fuel" Service
ADNOC's new service, aptly named "Call to Fuel", is something many car owners have been eagerly anticipating. Similar to ordering food, all you need to do is tap your phone to have fuel delivered directly to you. Car owners can select their preferred fuel type—either Octane 95 or Octane 98—through a mobile app, along with specifying the date and time they wish to receive the fuel. Once their request is confirmed, customers can either meet the driver delivering the fuel or leave their fuel tank open for added convenience.
Tips for Ordering Fuel via the C2F App
- 1) Ensure your car is parked in an open space and not in underground or enclosed parking areas.
- 2) Park in locations free from fire hazards, such as active electrical wires.
- 3) Position your vehicle in a way that does not obstruct traffic when fueling.
