Developed to offer a wide range of services including vehicle pick up and drop off, vehicle registration renewal, 24-hour roadside assistance and one annual airport pick-up and drop-off, AWRGold aims to enhance the customer service experience and build client loyalty.

Open to all Nissan, Infiniti and Renault retail customers as a value addition for paid service contracts, AWRGold is also available to non-service contract customers for approximately AED 250 per year. Members will have access to four vehicle pick-up or two vehicle pick-up and two drop-off services in a year using a flat-bed truck by a trained & professional driver from any location within Dubai and the Northern Emirates to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Center for performing periodic maintenance and general repairs.
The 24-hour roadside assistance covers towing service, battery boosting, flat tire repair and emergency fuel delivery in UAE. The scope of vehicle registration renewal service includes pick-up and drop-off of vehicles from the customer’s location within the UAE for statutory check-ups for vehicle registration and vehicle registration formalities with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
