Enoc Launches Self-Service Petrol Stations in Dubai

Introduction to Self-Service Petrol Stations

Starting in July, Enoc will introduce self-service petrol stations at 10 locations in Dubai. This initiative is aimed at drivers who wish to fill up their cars between midnight and 6 AM. During these hours, staff who usually work at these stations will be relocated to other Enoc stations.

Goals of the Initiative

The Dubai government, as owners of Enoc, stated that this move will help familiarize drivers with the self-service system. The intention behind this initiative is to modernize fuel dispensing services.

Supporting Customers

Burhan Al Hashemi, managing director of Enoc retail, mentioned in an interview with the National Newspaper, “We have been modernising and updating our systems to facilitate self-service at 10 service stations.” He also assured that, “We will extend support to customers in the initial days to familiarise them with fuel dispensing.”
