Volkswagen Middle East is launching the new Golf R at the Qatar Motor Show on 20th February.
The sporty Golf R is powered by a newly designed 280 horsepower TSI, which is 25 horsepower stronger but up to 18 per cent more fuel efficient than before. Like its predecessors, the Golf R also transfers its turbocharged engine power to the road via a permanent all-wheel drive system, the 4MOTION system with a 5th generation Haldex coupling. Also included will be a new sport suspension and steering enhancement.
