Introduction
Among the impressive lineup of supercars like the Bugatti, Ferrari, and Lamborghini in the Dubai Police fleet, the introduction of a flying motorcycle is truly remarkable! Yes, a motorcycle that can fly, but we won't see it until 2020.
Officer Training
In a video shared online, we witnessed some officers training on the HoverSurf Scorpion 3 motorcycle, with the first batch scheduled for delivery next year. Brigadier Khalid Alrazouqi, the Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, believes that this flying motorcycle will enhance the rapid response capabilities of the police force.
Specifications of the Motorcycle
The HoverSurf Scorpion 3 weighs approximately 114 kg thanks to its carbon fiber structure, developed by HoverSurf, a company based in California. This flying motorcycle can land in an area the size of a standard parking space. It is expected to have a price tag of around 550,000 AED, with the ability to reach speeds of 96 km/h while flying and an altitude of up to 5 meters above the ground.
