Hyundai N sub-brand has captivated automotive enthusiasts, with models like the Veloster N winning numerous accolades. To expand its reach, Hyundai's performance division has unveiled its first high-performance crossover: the Kona N.
Performance Specifications
Under the hood, the Kona N boasts a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 276 hp and 392 Nm of torque. This power can temporarily be boosted to 286 hp using the N Grin Shift function.
The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, featuring specially tuned gear ratios and a uniquely calibrated control unit for rapid shifts. This combination enables the Kona N to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds with launch control, reaching a top speed of 240 km/h.
