Peugeot 3008: Design and Specifications

Introduction
Great news for fans of French cars! Peugeot, which hasn't gained much popularity in the Gulf region, has decided to update the design of its current minivan, the 3008, transforming it into a new-generation SUV. The existing minivan design failed to impress, leading the company to enter the beloved SUV category. While the design of the Peugeot 3008 may appeal to European tastes, it may not resonate as well with Gulf preferences.
New Design
The second generation of the 3008 was revealed ahead of its official debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, set to take place in September. This new design is inspired by the Peugeot Quartz concept unveiled in 2014. The SUV shape is exactly what the market demands. The most striking features of the design are the front and rear lights, providing a sporty yet balanced appearance. The chassis is based on the Peugeot 308.
Interior Cabin
The interior looks modern and futuristic. The combination of silver and black, along with some aluminum accents (mostly faux), enhances the cabin's elegance. Additionally, the tablet-like entertainment screen and digital gauges add to its appeal. The engine will feature a turbocharged 4-cylinder setup. More information will be available at the official launch. It will come with a 6-speed automatic transmission, and the platform will offer either front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or both, with the first models expected to launch in 2017.
