Rolls-Royce has announced the Black Badge Spectre. It is the first time that the "Black Badge" nameplate has been applied to an EV since the introduction of Black Badge name.
Performance Enhancements
The Black Badge Spectre is equipped with a twin-motor all-wheel-drive setup, accelerating the car from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds. Its acceleration is made possible by the new "Infinity" mode, accessed through a steering wheel-mounted button, that delivers full power and more sensitive throttle response. There's also a "Spirited" mode, which doubles as a launch control system, giving temporary access to maximum torque for maximum performance.
The model is the most potent in the company's history, producing a whopping 659 horsepower and 792 pound-feet of torque.
Design and Customization
Aesthetically, Black Badge Spectre features bespoke aspects like a fresh Vapor Violet color scheme for the exterior, complemented by an Iced Black hood. The car features bespoke 23-inch wheels and a striking "waft" coachline on the lower body. The legendary Rolls-Royce grille is illuminated, with customized backdrops provided in colors like Charles Blue, Chartreuse, Forge Yellow, or Turchese.

Interior Luxury
The cabin itself features a combination of carbon fiber, metal, and understated wood trim elements. The piano-black dash is illuminated by more than 5,500 twinkling stars and further topped by a lighted infinity symbol, which echoes the Black Badge's distinctive look. Every interior element goes through painstaking craftsmanship, encapsulated in six coats of lacquer and hand-polished to the point of perfection.

Range and Efficiency
Although performance is the key, the Black Badge Spectre has a respectable electric range to boot. It comes with 22-inch wheels and has an estimated range of 266 miles on a full charge. Switching to the bigger 23-inch wheels has a marginal reduction in range, to 251 miles.
Price? $490,000. Ouch. To put that into perspective, it's $67,250 pricier than the standard model. UAE pricing remains unannounced.
