Appointment of Tobias Moers
The Board of Directors of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings has announced the appointment of Tobias Moers as the new Chief Executive Officer. Tobias, who is 54 years old, will join the board as an executive and will take over the responsibilities from the former CEO, Dr. Andy Palmer, at the company's headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, starting August 1, 2020.

Tobias Moers is a highly successful professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, having spent over 25 years in senior positions at Daimler AG, a global automotive OEM headquartered in Germany.
Current Position
Currently, Tobias serves as the Chairman and CEO of Mercedes-AMG GmbH, a role he has held since October 2013. He also acts as the interim Chief Technical Officer, boasting a long track record of successes in this highly competitive sector.

Under Tobias's leadership, Mercedes-AMG has more than doubled its product range and increased the number of AMG units sold fourfold.
