Volkswagen Middle East posted record breaking sales figures in August this year. The German manufacturer sold the most cars this month since December 2015.
The star of the show in this success was the seven-seater Teramont which achieved its best sales month since its launch in 2018. Other chief contributors to the success were the Touareg, Tiguan, T-Roc and Golf GTI and R.
It's been a successful few months for the Golf R as well with the hot hatchback contributing into a record breaking sales month despite being launched in May this year. In just four months, the Golf R has made its mark on the region.
