Volkswagen Middle East Achieves Record-Breaking Sales in August 2023
Record Sales Figures
Volkswagen Middle East posted record-breaking sales figures in August this year. The German manufacturer sold the most cars this month since December 2015.
Key Contributors to Success
The star of the show in this success was the seven-seater Volkswagen Teramont, which achieved its best sales month since its launch in 2018. Other chief contributors to the success included:
- Touareg
- Tiguan
- T-Roc
- Golf GTI and R
Golf R's Impressive Performance
It's been a successful few months for the Volkswagen Golf R as well. This hot hatchback contributed to a record-breaking sales month despite being launched in May this year. In just four months, the Golf R has made its mark on the region.
