Introduction
The guide has been released in three languages by the Sharjah Public Transport Authority to enhance communication with employed drivers. The languages included are Arabic, English, and Urdu, which will assist drivers in understanding the specific regulations and guidelines.
Driver Recognition
A total of 100 drivers were honored by the authority during the fourth annual meeting held at the Sharjah Public Transport Administration's headquarters in the Al Azra area.
Driver Incentives
Abdullah Al Zari, Director General of Sharjah Transport, stated that the authority has allocated incentives amounting to 100,000 AED to reward outstanding drivers, emphasizing their commitment to providing the best service to approximately 55 million passengers in 2012.
Response to Suggestions and Complaints
Al Zari added that the authority has received numerous suggestions, complaints, and inquiries, and they will respond to them and prioritize their importance within 48 hours.
