Launch and First Drive of the 2013 Toyota RAV4

This two-day event was filled with excursions, luxury, private jets, resorts, and off-road driving.

What Happened...

Day One:

1. 9:00 AM – Al Badia Golf Club, Dubai

   We arrived at Al Badia Golf Club at 9 AM for a delicious breakfast and beautiful views. After enjoying orange juice and croissants, we headed to Abu Dhabi in Land Cruisers.

   
2. 11:00 AM – Yas Marina Circuit, Launch of the Fourth Generation Toyota RAV4

   The chief engineer of the RAV4 was present along with other senior executives. After presentations and a Q&A session, the unveiling took place, and we took some photos.

   After lunch, we collected our passports and headed to Al Bateen International Airport, the same airport used by VIPs. We flew from Abu Dhabi to Ras Al Khaimah on a private jet. The flight lasted 20 minutes and was an incredible experience!

   
3. 2:00 PM – On the Private Jet from Al Bateen to Ras Al Khaimah Airport

   We had our passports and luggage with us. The only difference was that we were traveling from one place to another within the same country! It felt great.

   
4. 3:00 PM – Banyan Tree Resort, Ras Al Khaimah

   Upon arriving at Ras Al Khaimah Airport, we took a bus to the stunning Banyan Tree Resort. Once we arrived, we were taken in golf carts to our private villas on the beach, each boasting breathtaking views!

5. 7:00 PM – Desert Barbecue

   We were transported from Banyan Tree Beach to another Banyan Tree resort located in the desert. There were fire performances, traditional dances, beautiful scenery, and opportunities to take photos with a falcon. Of course, there was dinner and shisha. It was a delightful experience!
