Performance of the 2017 Porsche Panamera on the Nürburgring
It seems that Porsche is busy making headlines. Just a week after the launch of their new Panamera, the 2017 Panamera has taken to the Nordschleife - Nürburgring, completing the lap in an impressive 7 minutes and 38 seconds.

By achieving the fastest time on the track for sedans, the Panamera was a full one second faster than the Alfa Romeo "Giulia Quadrifoglio". Under the hood of this new Porsche lies a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that generates 550 horsepower.
The Panamera is known for its precise handling on the track, equipped with Porsche's ceramic brakes. To add this option to the 2017 Panamera, you will need to include an additional 35,000 AED on top of the base price.

The 2017 Panamera shows significant improvement over its predecessors, which completed the circuit in 7 minutes and 52 seconds. Notably, the time recorded by the 2017 Panamera was achieved using the standard model without track-specific tires, while the Alfa Romeo "Giulia Quadrifoglio" was equipped with racing tires that were 100 kg lighter than the production version.
