Design of the Hyundai Kona

The Kona is named after the picturesque Kona coastal region in Hawaii and is a compact SUV that combines artistic design with smart features, reflecting the spirit of the modern youth generation. Its bold exterior features the signature Cascading Grille, which unifies all Hyundai vehicles, while its spacious interior showcases the high standards it embraces. Customers can personalize their Kona with two roof color options and a wide range of exterior color choices.

1.6-liter T-GDI engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, producing 177 horsepower (130 kW) and 265 Nm of torque.
2.0-liter Nu MPI engine utilizing Atkinson cycle technology, delivering 149 horsepower (109.5 kW) and 180 Nm of torque, paired with a specially designed 6-speed automatic transmission to reduce friction loss and enhance power delivery.
