At the opening of Infiniti’s newest showroom and service facility in Sharjah’s Souq Al Haraj area, Michel Ayat, the CEO of Arabian Automobiles Infiniti, sat down for an exclusive interview with us to better explain the unique features of the facility and upcoming plans for the year.
Unique Features of the New Infiniti Facility
Q. In a few simple words could you tell us what makes this all-new Infiniti facility unique?
Infiniti’s all-new facility stands out in four main ways:
- Design: This facility showcases Infiniti’s Retail Environment Design Initiative (IREDI) and meets world-class standards.
- Size: The facility can display up to ten vehicles in the showroom simultaneously.
- Combination: It is the first Arabian Automobiles Infiniti facility to combine a showroom and service center on the same grounds.
- Efficiency: A one-day turnaround time for vehicle service adds to its uniqueness.
- Location: It serves customers from Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Sharjah.
Sales Expectations
Q. From a sales perspective, what sort of percentage increase are you expecting with this new facility?
Arabian Automobiles Infiniti is the largest Infiniti dealer in the GCC and Middle East. The objective of this facility is to enhance market share by focusing on customer satisfaction. We have loyal customers who have been with us for decades. By prioritizing exceptional service, we believe that sales will naturally follow.
Future Plans
Q. Since this facility has been opened as part of Arabian Automobiles’ 50th anniversary celebrations, what else can we expect to see through the year?
To celebrate 50 years of Arabian Automobiles, we will introduce the all-new Infiniti QX50 in September 2018. Additionally, our showrooms will feature unique accessorized and modified vehicles, alongside various events and forums for our loyal customers.
