Infiniti unveiled the all-new QX60 and showcased it to the media in the region in Kakheti, Georgia via a Ride and Drive experience.
The SUV blended quite well into the scenic beauty of Georgia during the experience which started at Amo Café, Sighnaghi where the drivers were able to experience features such as ProPilot, Head-Up Display and Massaging Seats.
Javakhishvili Estate served as the stop to showcase “Family-Time”. The estate was pretty special as it gave the visitors a chance to enjoy Kakheti’s crisp breeze and fresh home-made pastries.
All the media personnel stayed at the Vazisubani Estate. The experiences in the itinerary were made to exhibit key elements of the SUV throughout the stay at the countryside boutique hotel which played a key role back in the art, culture and education that challenged the status quo. Infiniti says that all these traits of the estate match its “values as a challenger brand.”
Talking about the car itself, the QX60’s interior and exterior have been designed to keep it simple and classy. Powered by a 3.5-liter direct-injected V-6 engine, producing 279 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, the QX60 has a 9-speed automatic transmission that combines with the brand’s “Intelligent All-Wheel Drive” that can direct up to 50% of available power to the rear wheels.
Step inside and you will find a 12.3-inch display featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and USB-based Android Auto and lots of USB ports for all three rows of seats, with both Type-A and Type-C ports. And a Bose Performance series 17 speaker audio system that keeps the children in the family entertained.
Rounding off things with the most interesting thing at the trip - the ad campaign video INFINITI showed to the guests which gave an animated take on the modern Arab family. It shows how working parents balance household responsibilities and, most importantly, how the QX60 can help in doing that.
