Maserati Introduces 2026 MCPura: Polished Evolution of the MC20
Tags:

Maserati has officially launched the MCPura, a new and sharper version of its top-of-the-range MC20 supercar. Unveiled at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the MCPura features polished styling, improved interior refinement, and aerodynamic improvements.
MC20 to MCPura: What's New?
As opposed to an outright revolution, the MCPura takes a less-is-more philosophy, developing aesthetics and performance hand in hand. It has a redesigned front fascia with a "shark-nose" grille influenced by the GT2 Stradale racing car, complemented by new lower bodywork and updated rear bumper.

The alterations are bespoke to optimize aerodynamic performance, achieved through more than 2,000 wind tunnel hours and 1,000+ CFD simulations.
The Cielo convertible model is just as tuned, its open-air handling perfected through improved airflow management and thermal enhancements, for high-speed stability even with the top down.
Performance and Chassis: Pure Power, Same Thrill
Backed up by the phenomenal 3.0-liter Nettuno twin-turbo V6, which produces an estimated 621 hp, and mated to an eight-speed Tremec dual-clutch transmission propelling the rear wheels, the MCPura hits 0–100 km/h in approximately 2.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of over 325 km/h as a coupe and around 320 km/h as an open-top version.

Regardless of its aerodynamic modifications, weight is still below 1,500 kg, transferred through the original MC20's carbon-fibre monocoque. The outcome is a thrilling power-to-weight ratio of approximately 2.33 kg/hp.
Interior: Refined, Not Reinvented
In the cabin, Maserati has turned up the handcraft and track-readiness. A full Alcantara trimming on the cabin is laser-etched with 3D Maserati trident logos. A flat-top steering wheel inspired by GT2, with available LED shift lights, makes the driving more acute.

The new infotainment system (a 10.25-inch display) hosts Maserati’s Intelligent Assistant software and rich Performance Pages that monitor telemetry, turbo pressure, temperatures, and more.
Style, Exclusivity & Custom Options
The MCPura premiered in the breathtaking Ai Aqua Rainbow paint, which shifts like a prism in changing light. Black matte on the coupe and glossy on the Cielo, this finish is just one of over 30 color options available through Maserati’s Fuoriserie program.

Additional signature hues include Devil Orange, Verde Royale, and Night Interaction, each accented with magenta and mica-blue trident badges.
Maserati expects to sell about 400 MCPura worldwide, divided equally between coupe and Cielo. No price announcement has been made as yet.
