Maxus D90 Family SUV Launch in UAE

Introduction

Swaidan Trading Co LLC, the authorized distributor for Maxus in the country, launched the all-new Maxus D90 family SUV in showrooms across the UAE. Targeted towards young families, the D90 comes with a long list of safety features including:

• Driver fatigue monitor
• ISOFIX attachments for child seats
• Hill descent control (HDC)

These features contribute towards its five-star ANCAP safety rating.

Commenting on the launch, Ajit Kumar, COO – Commercial, Swaidan Trading, stated:

Performance and Powertrain

To power the Maxus D90, a 221-horsepower turbocharged engine is utilized, producing 350 Nm of torque and channeling it through a 6-speed automatic transmission. In addition to three drive modes (Normal, Sport, Eco), the D90 is available in 2WD and 4WD models, with the latter being equipped with an electronic locking differential for serious off-roading capabilities.
