The Traffic and Patrols Department in Ras Al Khaimah has announced the installation of new road radars as part of its traffic safety plan. This initiative aims to reduce the recent surge in accidents, according to Colonel Abdullah Ali Al Menkhes, Director of Traffic Patrols at Ras Al Khaimah Police.

Functions of the Radars

Colonel Al Menkhes explained that the radars are capable of detecting various driving violations, not just speed.
