In response to the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nissan is revolutionizing the customer experience by bringing the showroom directly to their homes.

Available Digital Services

All services, inquiries, and bookings that typically required a visit to a local dealer are now available online, allowing customers to complete them safely from home. This includes a complete virtual experience, featuring a 360-degree online tour of showrooms to explore vehicles and review available purchasing options.

Shop@Home Tab

Nissan has incorporated all remote digital services under the new Shop@Home tab on its websites across the Gulf Cooperation Council, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, and India. The services include:

  • Video calls with a dealer representative.
  • Request for a callback.
  • Online chat support.

Completing the Purchase

Customers can also finalize their purchase online, aided by a payment calculator and pre-loan assessment tools, along with warranty information.

Test Drives and Home Maintenance

Customers interested in personally experiencing their favorite Nissan vehicles can request a home test drive, where the vehicle is delivered to them and picked up afterward. Home maintenance services are also available for existing customers.
