Founding Day differs from Saudi National Day, which is celebrated on September 23 each year. National Day honors the unification of the Kingdom led by King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud in 1932.
Founding Day Holiday Dates 1446
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the official holiday dates for both the private and non-profit sectors. The holiday will be observed on:
- Saturday, February 22, 2025 for both the private and non-profit sectors.
