Exterior Design

At first glance, the new design of the car may not be immediately noticeable, which could be a concern. When we hear about an all-new model, we expect a drastic change from its predecessor. I believe that Audi aimed for subtle differences to align with the overall lineup. However, will this approach appeal to customers? Only time will tell. Upon closer inspection, we can see some differences in the front grille, bumper, headlights, and taillights. Additionally, the car has become larger and lighter than before, which are significant changes we hope will attract buyers.

2016 Audi A4 Interior

Interior Features

The story continues inside as well. There is more space within, with the dashboard crafted from soft-touch plastic. The climate control system features three zones, with the third vent located between the center console and the vent on the right side, though I did not feel much cooling from the middle vent. The steering wheel in this model is different as it’s the sporty variant. Many materials shine, and the leather seats are comfortable. It also features an MMI display reminiscent of that available in the C class vehicles. Overall, the interior design is elegant and appears durable based on my experience. Customers will likely appreciate the simple and modern design of this cabin.

2016 Audi A4 Engine

Driving Experience

The engine in the car I tested is a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that produces 190 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle features front-wheel drive, and the engine is paired with a 7-speed S-tronic transmission. Audi has upgraded the previous 6-speed transmission to this new 7-speed found in luxury vehicles. The engine feels responsive with good torque, and the gear changes are reminiscent of those in a Volkswagen GTi. Overall, the driving experience was powerful when needed and smooth at other times, which customers are sure to enjoy.
