Al Masaood Automobiles, the official distributor for Renault vehicles in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, launched the all-new Renault Duster at the exquisite Dusit Thani Hotel in the presence of senior executives and members of the press.

With over 55,000 units sold in the Middle East and 2,450,000 across the world, the Renault Duster offers a refreshing take on 4WD mobility, equipped with exceptional all-road capabilities and unmatched affordability.
A key component in aiding Renault to increase its current market share from 4% to 6% across the Levant region, the new Duster aims to sell 100,000 units annually. The new Duster rocks a rugged exterior with a refreshed design, featuring:
- Chrome grille
- Protruding fender garnishes
Sales Analysis
Analyzing the market, sales are expectedly lesser than previous models, with the automotive market seeing declines of:
- 22% in 2016
- 12% in 2017
- 13% in 2018
This equates to 47% lower sales than three years ago.

In the segment that it competes in, the Duster currently holds a 12% market share, with competitors as follows:
- Ford EcoSport - 10%
- Hyundai Creta - 13%
