Production of Aston Martin Vantage Vehicles
R-Reforged, the bespoke automotive manufacturer affiliated with Aston Martin, has announced its plans to produce the Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage Twins at its new facility in Warwick, United Kingdom.
A Century Celebration
R-Reforged will handcraft 38 units of both Coupe and Speedster models in celebration of the 100th anniversary of Zagato Atelier (1919-2019) and the 60 years of partnership between the Milan-based Zagato and British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin.
Design of the Vehicles
The Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage is produced in pairs and is available to only 19 clients (most of which have already been sold), showcasing a collaboration between Zagato and R-Reforged that merges the best features of both renowned automotive brands.

Engine and Specifications
The 19 new units of Coupe and Speedster are equipped with a modified version of the 5.9-liter V12 engine with 48 valves, producing 600 horsepower (85 horsepower more than the original version).

- Active rear wing that opens to enhance stability at high speeds.
- 19-inch alloy wheels with a central lock.
Customer Experience
R-Experience services are centered around the customer, beginning with a personalized gift box upon order placement.
New owners will then collaborate with designers at the Aston Martin St. Gallen facility in Nidwalden, Switzerland, to customize their Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage Twins.
Factory Tour
This tour offers new owners a close look at a blend of traditional and modern manufacturing processes, including:
- Bridgwater-style leather embroidery.
- The latest additive manufacturing techniques.
The options list includes an unlimited range of colors, along with the ability to match the interior and exterior colors with any color sample chosen by the clients.
Reveal and Production Timeline
The unveiling of these vehicles is scheduled for the summer of 2020, with customer-specific production set to begin in the last quarter of the year.

The Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage Twins by R-Reforged mark the first project announced by the brand in 2019.
