Event Overview
Audi Middle East held an exclusive media event to launch the all-new Audi A4 at the Park Hyatt Creek Side in Dubai. The event was straightforward, allowing media journalists the freedom to drive the cars on their own chosen routes.

Arrival and Press Briefing
After navigating through the morning traffic in the UAE, I arrived just in time for the event. However, some journalists faced delays, and we had to wait for them to arrive. After the initial meet and greet with the Audi team and fellow media members, the press briefing commenced. Mr. Enrico, the head of Audi Middle East, introduced himself and outlined his new role.
Following the introduction, a detailed presentation on the Audi A4 highlighted the significant changes made to the new model. While the A4 retains the classic Audi appearance, the presentation convinced us that it is indeed an all-new vehicle.
Specifications of the New Audi A4
The new Audi A4 measures:
- Length: 4.73 meters
- Width: 1.84 meters
- Height: 1.43 meters
- Wheelbase: 2.82 meters
- Weight: 120 kilograms lighter than the previous generation
Optional upgrades include:
- LED headlights
- Matrix LED headlights with dynamic turn indicators
- B&O sound system
- Touchscreen
- Head-up display
- Virtual cockpit
- LED interior ambient lighting
Trims and Performance
The Audi A4 is available in three trims:
- 1.4-liter producing 150 BHP
- 2.0-liter producing 190 BHP
- 2.0-liter Quattro producing 250 BHP
The 150 BHP and 190 BHP variants are front-wheel drive (FWD) and feature a seven-speed automatic gearbox. Additionally, the A4 can be further specified in Design or S-line trim.
