The Audi A7 Sportback has been awarded the title of "World's Most Luxurious Car," making it the second Audi model to win this prestigious accolade, following the Audi A8 which received the award last year. The awards were presented at the New York International Auto Show.
Judging Panel and Voting
The judging panel for the World Car Awards, consisting of 86 members from 24 countries, voted for the Audi A7 Sportback as the best new luxury car in the global market. Among the judges from the Middle East were notable members including:
- Sohaib Sha'sha (Arab GT) from the United Arab Emirates
- Mohammad Zarou (Car World) from Jordan
Judge Mohammad Zarou commented on the award, stating: "In my opinion, the selection of the AUDI A7 as the most luxurious car this year is due to its unique design features, luxurious interior, advanced user experience, and exceptional performance that combines power and efficiency."
Audi's Achievements
This win marks Audi's tenth victory in one of the global car categories.
